Care Sisters was born from a simple but powerful realisation: people with disabilities deserve so much better than unreliable, impersonal care.

The Beginning

In December 2021, Sarah and Connie made a decision that would change lives, theirs and many others. Having witnessed firsthand the frustration and disappointment that comes with carers who don't show up on time, don't show up at all, or simply go through the motions without genuine care, they knew something had to change.
This wasn't just a business opportunity they spotted from the outside. This was personal. Through their own experiences and the stories shared by people close to them, Sarah and Connie understood the real impact of unreliable care, the stress on families, the disruption to daily routines, and most importantly, the way poor care can diminish someone's independence and quality of life.
They saw a clear need in the NDIS community for providers who would truly put participants first, offering the consistent, reliable, and personalised care that everyone deserves but too few receive.

Today, Care Sisters continues to fill that niche they originally identified, providing NDIS participants with care that is genuinely consistent, reliably excellent, and deeply personal. We've never lost sight of those early frustrations that motivated our founding. We remain a family business at heart, even as we've grown. Sarah and Connie's original vision, that everyone deserves care providers who show up, care deeply, and focus entirely on their clients' wellbeing, continues to drive everything we do.
